iCrest, since its founding in 2006, has been providing excellent staff augmentation services for various technology-enabled companies. With a large resource base skilled in various aspects of software development, in 2023, iCrest decided to grow their business in their existing markets - Singapore and Malaysia, while expanding to Indonesia and the U.S. In this growth journey, the company expanded its supply of available resources; however, it faced the difficult challenge of increasing the demand for its services in the very competitive industries in the markets it wanted to focus on.
