The Challenge
iCrest, since its founding in 2006, has been providing excellent staff augmentation services for various technology-enabled companies. With a large resource base skilled in various aspects of software development, in 2023, iCrest decided to grow their business in their existing markets - Singapore and Malaysia, while expanding to Indonesia and the U.S. In this growth journey, the company expanded its supply of available resources; however, it faced the difficult challenge of increasing the demand for its services in the very competitive industries in the markets it wanted to focus on. Given the difference in ticket sizes and existing well-established market players, they needed a new way to grow their lead generation, utilizing new sales channels with utmost optimization to remain operationally viable as a service.
