The Challenge

Since 2019, Lemon (A concern of C CHANNEL Indonesia) has worked with many brands, including Zuzu Beauty, Ella Skincare & Love Beauty and Planet by Unilever in Indonesia to provide them with an influencer marketing campaign solution that has established the company and the product in the market. In 2023, under the leadership of Ms. Ayu Handayani, the management decided to rapidly expand their existing market share as they introduced better campaign analytics and reporting functionalities. To enable this expansion in a very competitive and heavily season-influenced market, Lemon was looking for new sales channels that can deliver her the best results, while keeping the lead generation cost within the targets.

The Solution

We at Prospect Engine - were tasked with the challenge of introducing Lemon to the hyper-targeted C Level Executives, Marketing Directors and Group Heads of FMCG, Personal care (beauty company), marketing agencies and top consumer brands - communicating the key value propositions of their services. Through carefully crafted outreach messaging, we were able to engage the decision makers in the Indonesian marketing sector - generating 40 sales meetings and 76 SQ Leads within the three month timeline.
