Position Overview: As a Growth Marketing Executive/Assistant Manager at Prospect Engine LLC, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth for our clients. You will work closely with our team of marketing experts to identify opportunities, execute campaigns, and optimize performance across various channels. To apply for the post the growth marketers should have a solid understanding of the followings: – Paid search
– Paid social
– User experience
– Email marketing
– Content marketing
– Search engine optimization (SEO)
– Acquisition marketing
– Conversion-rate optimization
– Tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot Marketing Hub, FullStory, Userpilot, GetResponse, User.com, and ActiveCampaign to name a few
– Day-to-day growth marketing responsibilities might include
– Creating and updating marketing content
– A/B testing
– Planning, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns
– Managing social acquisition channels
– Planning and optimizing creative email campaigns
– Updating and/or abandoning any traditional marketing campaigns
– Building effective and engaging referral programs
– Utilizing data to pivot marketing campaigns for more engagement and conversions
– Extracting key data to create reports for stakeholders

Job Responsibility:

Key Responsibilities: – Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored marketing strategies to achieve them.
– Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
– Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
– Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media posts.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign ROI.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
– Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging visuals and multimedia content for marketing campaigns.
– Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications:

Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
– 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth marketing strategies.
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Linkedin Marketing and email marketing software.
