What OEM by QIAGEN Was Facing
OEM by QIAGEN aimed to enhance its presence in the APAC region by forging new B2B strategic partnerships with manufacturers in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and molecular diagnostics industries. Expanding into markets like Japan and South Korea required deep understanding of diverse cultural and business landscapes. Many target companies lacked direct LinkedIn pages, limiting traditional outreach avenues.
