Standuply, founded in 2016, helps teams stay on track by automating stand-ups, retrospectives, and project tracking. By early 2024, they needed to expand rapidly in the competitive USA market. Relying solely on their in-house team proved too costly. With many similar tools available, Standuply needed to differentiate themselves and engage key decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, CTOs, COOs, and VPs/Directors of Technology) at top companies, focusing on Delivery, Hiring, Estimations, and Team Motivation.
How We Delivered Results
Beginning February 2024 for 6 months, Prospect Engine carefully identified and shortlisted personnel from Jira (custom software and Jira users) through extensive manual data research, pinpointing the most relevant targets. Through thorough research and several webinars, we engaged with decision-makers in the USA market.
